Terms & Conditions
- Treat our space with respect and care. You must vacate the Studio and/or return all Equipment (as applicable) by the end of the Hire Period in the same condition as it was provided. Failure to return the studio back to its original layout will incur a $100 fee.
- If You leave the Studio, furniture or return Equipment in an excessively dirty condition (as determined by our team in our sole discretion), You must pay for the reasonable costs of cleaning or replacement. Without limitation, Studios left with foreign substances such as makeup spills, food, glitter or confetti or Equipment covered in mud may incur additional fees.
- You must take care not to damage or mark the Studio including but not limited to the walls, floors, or the cyc. If you fail to comply with this, the cost of reasonable repair will be charged to you including without limitation, the cost of resurfacing, painting, and sealing the surfaces or replacing them as required.
You are only permitted inside the studio for the period that you have booked for. Your session includes bump in/out time. All loading and unloading of items must be completed within your session timeframe. Please be mindful of bookings after you, and avoid overlapping sessions- you will be charged an overtime fee. - Rescheduling your session must be done 48 hours prior to your original booking. Rescheduling less than 24 hours of your booking will prohibit you from receiving a reschedule option.
- Refunds are not available under any situation or circumstance, a studio credit for cancelled bookings will be available.
- If Socialeyes Studios cancels the booking (which can occur at any time prior to your booking, at our own discretion), we will offer a complete refund.
